Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the North Forsyth Raiders (Cumming, GA) and the visiting Habersham Central Raiders (Mt. Airy, GA), saw North Forsyth's basketball squad wallop Habersham Central by a tally of 53-20.

With the victory, North Forsyth improves its record to 17-0 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Apalachee (Winder, GA) to confront the Wildcats in a AAAAAA Region 8 challenge on Tuesday, January 16. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 8-9. Apalachee lost 50-33 in their recent league challenge against Habersham Central (Mt. Airy, GA)

Next up, the Raiders confront the Lanier Longhorns (Sugar Hill, GA) in a AAAAAA Region 8 challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. Habersham Central will attempt to improve on its 5-10 season record. The Longhorns come into the challenge with a 7-9 record after their 39-37 league win over Gainesville (Gainesville, GA).
