The Jackson Memorial Jaguars (Jackson Township, NJ) basketball felled the visiting Middletown North Lions (Middletown, NJ), 45-33 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Jaguars (7-3) will now prepare for their test against Central Regional (Bayville, NJ). The Golden Eagles go into the non-league test with a 4-6 record. In their last test, Central Regional went down by Monroe Township (Monroe Township, NJ), 61-36, in a non-league test.

The Lions now own a 5-8 record. They play next when they travel to Trinity Hall for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 16. Middletown North will encounter a squad coming off a 69-36 non-league win over Mount St. Mary Academy (Watchung, NJ). The record now stands at 7-4.
