The Thetford Academy Panthers basketball team scored 50 points and held the host Peoples Academy Wolves to 7 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Panthers now sport a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oxbow for a Capital contest on Tuesday, January 16. Thetford Academy will battle a Olympians team coming off a 36-25 league loss to Montpelier (Montpelier, VT). The Olympians record now stands at 5-2.
The Wolves (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Montpelier (Montpelier, VT). The Solons enter the non-league contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Montpelier triumphed over Oxbow (Bradford, VT), 36-25, in a league contest.
