Washington Blue Lions (Washington Courthouse, OH) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Chillicothe Cavaliers (Chillicothe, OH), 37-32 in a league bout.
With the win, Washington upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Blue Lions host Jackson (Jackson, OH) to play the Ironman/Ironladies in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 17. The Ironman/Ironladies go into the bout with a record of 1-0.
Next up, the Cavaliers play the McClain Tigers (Greenfield, OH) in a bout, on Wednesday, January 17. Chillicothe will attempt to upgrade on its 1-10 season record.
