The Wellpinit Redskins basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Almira-Coulee-Hartline Warriors to 40 in the Redskins non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Redskins now sport a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lakeside for a non-league contest on Monday, January 15. Wellpinit will meet a Eagles team coming off a 48-38 non-league win over Colville (Colville, WA). The Eagles record now stands at 5-8.
The Warriors (5-6) will now prepare for their contest against Curlew (Curlew, WA). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 0-12 record. In their last contest, Curlew was routed by Columbia (Hunters, WA), 29-21, in a non-league contest.
