With the win, Valley Christian upgrades its record to 5-1 on the season. The Trojans travel to American Leadership Academy - Ironwood (Ironwood, AZ) to play the Warriors in a bout on Saturday, January 20. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 12-1. American Leadership Academy - Ironwood won 66-20 in their recent league bout against San Tan Foothills (Queen Creek, AZ)

Next up, the Knights play the Coolidge Bears (Coolidge, AZ) in a bout, on Wednesday, January 17. Gilbert Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record.
