In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Brooklyn Hurricanes basketball team scored a good 60-47 triumph over the Bard Early College Raptors.
The Hurricanes (2-11) will now prepare for their contest against Clearview (Lorain, OH). The Clippers go into the non-league contest with a 6-5 record. In their last contest, Clearview topped Columbia (Columbia Station, OH), 60-49, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Raptors battle the John F. Kennedy Fighting Eagles (Cleveland, OH) in a Senate contest, on Friday, January 17. Bard Early College will attempt to better on its 0-10 season record. The Fighting Eagles go into the contest with a 6-6 record after their 62-59 league loss to Garrett Morgan (Cleveland, OH).
