Virginia High School Basketball - Staunton victorious over Broadway

In Monday's non-league contest, the host Staunton Storm basketball team scored a good 56-36 triumph over the Broadway Gobblers.
The Storm (8-2) will now prepare for their contest against Wilson Memorial (Fishersville, VA). The Green Hornets go into the Shenandoah contest with a 9-0 record. In their last contest, Wilson Memorial topped Westmoreland (Montross, VA), 73-50, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Gobblers battle the East Rockingham Eagles (Elkton, VA) in a Valley contest, on Tuesday, January 14. Broadway will attempt to better on its 3-9 season record.
