New York High School Basketball - John Jay knocks off Brooklyn Technical

In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting John Jay Wolves basketball team scored a good 54-45 win over the Brooklyn Technical Engineers.
The Wolves (8-9) will now prepare for their contest against Walter Panas (Cortlandt Manor, NY). The Panthers come into the Section 1 Conference 2D contest with a 4-7 record. In their last contest, Walter Panas defeated Yonkers (Yonkers, NY), 55-45, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Engineers battle the Achievement First N/A (Brooklyn, NY) in a PSAL 3A Brooklyn II contest, on Wednesday, January 15. Brooklyn Technical will attempt to better on its 6-2 season record. The N/A come into the contest with a 7-2 record after their 93-46 league win over Midwood (Brooklyn, NY).
