In Monday's league contest, the host Waseca Bluejays basketball team scored a big 85-53 triumph over the Glencoe-Silver Lake Panthers.
The Bluejays (15-0) will now prepare for their contest against Sibley East (Arlington, MN). The Wolverines go into the AA Section 2 contest with a 6-5 record. In their last contest, Sibley East smashed St. Clair (St. Clair, MN), 65-47, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Panthers confront the Rockford Rockets (Rockford, MN) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 14. Glencoe-Silver Lake will attempt to better on its 11-3 season record. The Rockets go into the contest with a 10-1 record after their 61-55 league loss to Dassel-Cokato (Cokato, MN).
