The Harwood Highlanders (Moretown, VT) basketball were winner over the host U-32 Raiders (Montpelier, VT), 61-43 in Monday's league bout.
The Highlanders now possess a 6-1 record. They play next when they travel to Spaulding for a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 15. Harwood will play a Crimson Tide team coming off a 58-56 non-league loss to Lamoille (Hyde Park, VT). The Crimson Tide record now stands at 4-3.
With the loss, U-32 falls to 0-8 on the campaign. The Raiders host Woodstock (Woodstock, VT) to play the Wasps in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 15. The Wasps go into the bout with a record of 5-3. Woodstock won 75-47 in their recent league bout against Springfield (Springfield, VT)
