Texas High School Basketball - Temple Christian bests Heritage Christian Academy

The Temple Christian Watchmen basketball team scored 46 points and limited the host Heritage Christian Academy Lions to 32 in the Watchmen non-league triumph on Monday.

The Watchmen now possess a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Mid-Moore Christian for a non-league game on Thursday, January 16. Temple Christian will confront a Tornados team coming off a 62-50 league win over Liberty Academy (Shawnee, OK). The Tornados record now stands at 11-2.

With the loss, Heritage Christian Academy falls to 2-9 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Cristo Rey Fort Worth (Fort Worth, TX) to confront the Lions in a TCAF District 1 game on Tuesday, January 14. The Lions go into the game with a record of 0-1. Cristo Rey Fort Worth lost 56-26 in their recent league game against Grace Christian Academy (Perrin, TX)
