The William Byrd Terriers basketball team scored 57 points and limited the visiting Hidden Valley Titans to 56 in the Terriers non-league triumph on Monday.

The Terriers now have a 6-6 record. They play next when they host Franklin County for a Blue Ridge game on Tuesday, January 14. William Byrd will confront a Eagles team coming off a 83-52 non-league loss to Patrick Henry (Roanoke, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-8.

With the loss, Hidden Valley falls to 6-5 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Blacksburg (Blacksburg, VA) to confront the Bruins in a River Ridge game on Tuesday, January 14. The Bruins go into the game with a record of 2-8. Blacksburg lost 70-44 in their recent league game against Salem (Salem, VA)
