The Sumter County Panthers basketball team scored 75 points and limited the host Jordan Red Jackets to 53 in the Panthers league triumph on Monday.

The Panthers now have a 7-7 record. They play next when they host Hardaway for a AA Region 1 game on Tuesday, January 14. Sumter County will confront a Hawks team coming off a 59-53 league win over Shaw (Columbus, GA). The Hawks record now stands at 5-11.

With the loss, Jordan falls to 1-12 on the campaign. The Red jackets travel to Carver (Columbus, GA) to confront the Tigers in a AA Region 1 game on Tuesday, January 14. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 11-2. Carver won 77-28 in their recent league game against Spencer (Columbus, GA)
