The Marshall Christian Academy Guardians basketball team scored 43 points and limited the host Word of God Academy Force to 29 in the Guardians non-league triumph on Monday.

The Guardians now have a 7-11 record. They play next when they travel to East Texas Homeschool Sports for a non-league game on Thursday, January 16. Marshall Christian Academy will confront a Chargers team coming off a 48-32 non-league win over Regents Academy (Nacogdoches, TX). The Chargers record now stands at 15-8.

With the loss, Word of God Academy falls to 14-4 on the campaign. The Force host NELA Christian Homeschool (Monroe, LA) to confront the Flame in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 14. The Flame go into the game with a record of 8-10. NELA Christian Homeschool lost 48-42 in their recent non-league game against John Paul the Great Academy (Lafayette, LA)
