In Monday's non-league contest, the host Memorial Christian Academy Warriors basketball team scored a big 42-16 triumph over the Summit Christian Academy Eagles.
The Warriors (2-8) will now prepare for their contest against Sterling Classical (Leander, TX). The Soldiers go into the TCAF District 4 contest with a 0-4 record. In their last contest, Sterling Classical was trounced by Grace Academy (Georgetown, TX), 69-24, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Eagles confront the Austin Waldorf Roadrunners (Austin, TX) in a TAPPS 2A District 5 contest, on Thursday, January 16. Summit Christian Academy will attempt to better on its 1-5 season record. The Roadrunners go into the contest with a 9-7 record after their 47-19 non-league win over Concordia (Round Rock, TX).
