West Branch Warriors (Morrisdale, PA) supporters left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Moshannon Valley Black Knights/Damsels (Houtzdale, PA), 31-29 in a league match.

With the victory, West Branch advances its record to 6-8 on the year. The Warriors host Juniata Valley (Alexandria, PA) to meet the Hornets in a match on Wednesday, January 15. The Hornets enter the match with a record of 1-3.

The Black Knights/Damsels now own a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Claysburg-Kimmel for a non-league match on Wednesday, January 15.
