Next, the Sidewinders encounter the Cibola Raiders (Yuma, AZ) in a 6A Desert Southwest test, on Thursday, January 16. San Luis will attempt to improve on its 5-10 season record. The Raiders come into the test with a 12-7 record after their 56-36 non-league loss to Mountain View (Mesa, AZ).

The Rams (0-9) will now prepare for their test against Bagdad (Bagdad, AZ). The Sultans come into the 1A West test with a 0-10 record. In their last test, Bagdad was routed by Salome (Salome, AZ), 52-12, in a league test.
