The Bearcats (1-16) will now prepare for their challenge against Ponder (Ponder, TX). The Lions come into the 3A Region II District 10 challenge with a 20-4 record. In their last challenge, Ponder edged Callisburg (Gainesville, TX), 63-30, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Boyd Yellowjackets (Boyd, TX) in a 3A Region II District 10 challenge, on Tuesday, January 14. Callisburg will attempt to better on its 16-8 season record. The Yellowjackets come into the challenge with a 13-9 record after their 71-27 league loss to Paradise (Paradise, TX).
