The Juniata Indians (Mifflintown, PA) basketball crushed the visiting Halifax Wildcats (Halifax, PA), 56-29 in Monday's league bout.
The Indians now possess a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Belleville Mennonite for a non-league outing on Tuesday, January 14. Juniata will clash with a Thunder squad coming off a 50-15 league loss to Columbia County Christian (Bloomsburg, PA). The Thunder record now stands at 2-5.
The Wildcats (5-7) will now prepare for their outing against Lancaster County Christian (Lancaster, PA). The Lions enter the non-league outing with a 8-5 record. In their last outing, Lancaster County Christian routed High Point Baptist Academy (Geigertown, PA), 41-26, in a league outing.
