The Hannan Wildcats basketball team scored 43 points and limited the host Van Bulldogs to 24 in the Wildcats league triumph on Monday.
The Wildcats now have a 1-6 record. They play next when they travel to Poca for a non-league game on Thursday, January 16. Hannan will confront a The Dots team coming off a 54-31 non-league win over Cross Lanes Christian (Charleston, WV). The The Dots record now stands at 2-7.
With the loss, Van falls to 0-6 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Calhoun (Mt. Zion, WV) to confront the Red Devils in a non-league game on Friday, January 17. The Red Devils go into the game with a record of 2-5. Calhoun won 50-47 in their recent league game against Braxton County (Sutton, WV)
