In Monday's non-league contest, the host Keys Cougars basketball team scored a big 52-23 triumph over the Okay Mustangs.
The Cougars (10-2) will now prepare for their contest against Vian (Vian, OK). The Wolverines go into the Big Eight contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, Vian was trounced by Central (Sallisaw, OK), 62-39, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Hulbert Riders (Hulbert, OK) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, January 16. Okay will attempt to better on its 7-6 season record. The Riders go into the contest with a 6-3 record after their 64-58 non-league win over Chouteau-Mazie (Chouteau, OK).
