Next, the Sailors encounter the West Middlesex Big Reds (West Middlesex, PA) in a District 10 Region 1 test, on Thursday, January 16. Lakeview will attempt to improve on its 8-5 season record. The Big Reds come into the test with a 4-9 record after their 58-34 league loss to Kennedy Catholic (Hermitage, PA).

The Blue Devils (10-3) will now prepare for their test against Mercer (Mercer, PA). The Mustangs enter the District 10 Region 1 outing with a 5-7 record. In their last outing, Mercer ran past Reynolds (Greenville, PA), 62-34, in a league outing.
