The Our Lady Academy Crescents basketball team scored 61 points and limited the host Perry Central Bulldogs to 40 in the Crescents league triumph on Monday.

The Crescents now possess a 15-3 record. They play next when they travel to St. Patrick for a 3A Region 8 game on Tuesday, January 14.

With the loss, Perry Central falls to 11-13 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Tylertown (Tylertown, MS) to confront the Chiefs in a 3A Region 8 game on Friday, January 17. The Chiefs go into the game with a record of 6-6. Tylertown won 42-25 in their recent league game against West Marion (Foxworth, MS)
