In Monday's non-league contest, the host Sacred Heart Eagles basketball team scored a big 69-30 triumph over the Stephen-Argyle Central Storm.
The Eagles (9-3) will now prepare for their contest against Cass Lake-Bena (Cass Lake, MN). The Panthers go into the non-league contest with a 14-4 record. In their last contest, Cass Lake-Bena smashed Red Lake (Red Lake, MN), 102-18, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Storm battle the Mahnomen/Waubun Thunderbirds (Mahnomen, MN) in a A Section 8 contest, on Tuesday, January 14. Stephen-Argyle Central will attempt to better on its 4-6 season record.
