Next, the Wolverines encounter the Gloucester Dukes (Gloucester, VA) in a Peninsula test, on Tuesday, January 14. Woodside will attempt to improve on its 6-2 season record. The Dukes come into the test with a 4-6 record after their 62-36 league loss to Heritage (Newport News, VA).

The Raiders (9-3) will now prepare for their test against Phoebus (Hampton, VA). The Phantoms come into the Peninsula test with a 1-10 record. In their last test, Phoebus was nipped by Menchville (Newport News, VA), 83-18, in a league test.
