The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the West Potomac Wolverines (Alexandria, VA) and the host Fairfax Lions (Fairfax, VA), observed West Potomac's basketball team overwhelm Fairfax by a score of 35-14.
The Wolverines (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Lake Braddock (Burke, VA). The Bruins come into the challenge with a 1-5 record. In their last challenge, Lake Braddock was routed by Alexandria City (Alexandria, VA), 47-31, in a non-league challenge.
