Reno Huskies (Reno, NV) supporters left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their basketball team thwart the host McQueen Lancers (Reno, NV), 36-28 in a league contest.
The Huskies (5-6) will now prepare for their contest against Galena (Reno, NV). The Grizzlies go into the contest with a 14-2 record. In their last contest, Galena topped Damonte Ranch (Reno, NV), 44-23, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Lancers confront the Douglas Tigers (Minden, NV) in a contest, on Wednesday, January 15. McQueen will attempt to better on its 6-11 season record. The Tigers go into the contest with a 7-7 record after their 42-37 league loss to Carson (Carson City, NV).
