In Monday's league contest, the host Dillon Wildcats basketball team scored a close 33-29 win over the Aynor Blue Jackets.
The Wildcats (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Marlboro County (Bennettsville, SC). The Bulldogs come into the contest with a 8-3 record. In their last contest, Marlboro County was tipped by Georgetown (Georgetown, SC), 41-35, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Blue Jackets battle the Waccamaw Warriors (Pawley's Island, SC) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, January 16. Aynor will attempt to better on its 3-6 season record.
