The Fortuna Huskies basketball team scored 61 points and limited the visiting Ferndale Wildcats to 52 in the Huskies non-league triumph on Monday.

The Huskies now possess a 10-6 record. They play next when they travel to McKinleyville for a game on Wednesday, January 15. Fortuna will confront a Panthers team coming off a 43-42 league loss to Del Norte (Crescent City, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 18-1.

With the loss, Ferndale falls to 3-4 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Miramonte (Orinda, CA) to confront the Matadors in a non-league game on Monday, January 20. The Matadors go into the game with a record of 2-13.
