Stevenson Spartans (Livonia, MI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Churchill Chargers (Livonia, MI), 78-39 in a league bout.

With the win, Stevenson upgrades its record to 6-4 on the season. The Spartans host Glenn (Westland, MI) to play the Rockets in a Kensington Lakes - East bout on Tuesday, January 18. The Rockets go into the bout with a record of 2-6. Glenn lost 57-34 in their recent league bout against Dearborn (Dearborn, MI)

Next up, the Chargers play the Belleville Tigers (Belleville, MI) in a Kensington Lakes - East bout, on Tuesday, January 18. Churchill will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 5-3 record after their 45-35 league win over Franklin (Livonia, MI).
