The Rockville Rams (Vernon, CT) basketball nipped the visiting Suffield Wildcats (West Suffield, CT), 49-44 in Friday's league test.
The Rams (3-5) will now prepare for their test against Somers (Somers, CT). The Spartans go into the North Central Connecticut test with a 6-1 record. In their last test, Somers got by Bolton (Bolton, CT), 47-38, in a league test.
The Wildcats now own a 3-3 record. They play next when they host Granby Memorial for a North Central Connecticut test on Tuesday, January 18.
