Texas High School Soccer - Lee knocks off South Houston

Lee Ganders (Baytown, TX) supporters were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the host South Houston Trojans (South Houston, TX), 4-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Ganders confront the Texas City Stingarees (Texas City, TX) in a 5A Region 3 District 22 challenge, on Tuesday, January 18. Lee will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Stingarees enter the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Barbers Hill (Mt. Belvieu, TX).
The Trojans now possess a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they host Georgetown for a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 20. South Houston will confront a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Eastside Early College (Austin, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 5-1.
