The Lancaster Red Devils basketball team scored 81 points and restricted the host Altavista Colonels to 66 in the Red Devils non-league victory on Saturday.

The Red Devils now sport a 11-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northumberland for a Northern Neck contest on Tuesday, January 17. Lancaster will battle a Indians team coming off a 56-49 league loss to Essex (Tappahannock, VA). The Indians record now stands at 4-4.

The Colonels (10-3) will now prepare for their contest against Dan River (Ringgold, VA). The Wildcats come into the Dogwood contest with a 3-9 record. In their last contest, Dan River was defeated by William Campbell (Naruna, VA), 48-47, in a league contest.
