New York High School Basketball - Beaver River crushes Thousand Islands

Beaver River Beavers (Beaver Falls, NY) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Thousand Islands Vikings (Clayton, NY), 85-43 in a league bout.

With the win, Beaver River upgrades its record to 8-3 on the season. The Beavers host General Brown (Dexter, NY) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 8-1.

Next up, the Vikings play the Lowville Red Raiders (Lowville, NY) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Thousand Islands will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record.
