The Bell City Bruins basketball team (Bell City, LA), dropped 56-47 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Sulphur Golden Tors (Sulphur, LA)
The Golden Tors now possess a 17-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sam Houston for a 5A District 3 battle on Tuesday, January 17. Sulphur will battle a Broncos team coming off a 55-30 league loss to Barbe (Lake Charles, LA). The Broncos record now stands at 10-7.
The Bruins (10-11) will now prepare for their battle against JS Clark Leadership Academy (Opelousas, LA). The Bulldogs come into the B District 6 battle with a 5-8 record.
