Cascade Christian Challengers (Medford, OR) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host St. Mary's Crusaders (Medford, OR), 65-51 in a league bout.

With the win, Cascade Christian upgrades its record to 12-2 on the season. The Challengers travel to South Umpqua (Myrtle Creek, OR) to clash with the Lancers in a 3A Far West bout on Wednesday, January 18. The Lancers go into the bout with a record of 6-8.

Next up, the Crusaders clash with the Douglas Trojans (Winston, OR) in a 3A Far West bout, on Wednesday, January 18. St. Mary's will attempt to upgrade on its 5-10 season record.
