The Jessieville Lions topped the visiting Fouke Panthers basketball team by a final score of 73-61 in Saturday's league game.
In their next game, the Lions face the Glen Rose Beavers (Malvern, AR) in a 3A Region 7 game, on Wednesday, January 18. Jessieville will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record. The Beavers enter the game with a 4-6 record after their 54-27 league loss to Harmony Grove (Benton, AR).
