The Friendship Tech Prep Academy Titans (Washington, DC) basketball knocked off the host Maret Frogs (Washington, DC), 62-52 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Titans (13-5) will now prepare for their test against Banneker (Washington, DC). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 6-5 record. In their last test, Banneker notched a victory over St. Anselm's Abbey (Washington, DC), 47-37, in a non-league test.
The Frogs now own a 11-6 record. They play next when they travel to Georgetown Day for a Mid-Atlantic test on Wednesday, January 18. Maret will encounter a Mighty Hoppers squad coming off a 87-61 league loss to Flint Hill (Oakton, VA). The Mighty Hoppers record now stands at 0-7.
