Homedale Trojans (Homedale, ID) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host McCall-Donnelly Vandals (McCall, ID), 28-27 in a league bout.

With the victory, Homedale upgrades its record to 6-6 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Fruitland (Fruitland, ID) to play the Grizzlies in a 3A Snake River Valley bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Grizzlies come into the bout with a record of 7-6. Fruitland won 52-39 in their recent league bout against McCall-Donnelly (McCall, ID)

Next up, the Vandals play the Fruitland Grizzlies (Fruitland, ID) in a 3A Snake River Valley bout, on Monday, January 23. McCall-Donnelly will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record.
