North Valley Knights (Grants Pass, OR) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Lakeview Honkers (Lakeview, OR), 75-60 in a league bout.

With the victory, North Valley upgrades its record to 6-8 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Glide (Glide, OR) to play the Wildcats in a 3A Far West bout on Friday, January 20. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 3-7.

Next up, the Honkers play the Glide Wildcats (Glide, OR) in a 3A Far West bout, on Wednesday, January 18. Lakeview will attempt to upgrade on its 3-9 season record. The Wildcats come into the bout with a 3-7 record after their 44-32 league win over Rogue River (Rogue River, OR).
