Georgia High School Basketball - Social Circle overwhelms Lamar County

Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Social Circle Redskins (Social Circle, GA) and the host Lamar County Trojans (Barnesville, GA), saw Social Circle's basketball squad wallop Lamar County by a tally of 62-32.
With the victory, Social Circle improves its record to 7-6 on the campaign. The Redskins travel to Union Grove (McDonough, GA) to confront the Wolverines in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 16. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a record of 10-7. Union Grove won 71-70 in their recent non-league challenge against Northside (Columbus, GA)
Next up, the Trojans confront the Crawford County Eagles (Roberta, GA) in a A D1 Region 4 challenge, on Tuesday, January 17. Lamar County will attempt to improve on its 5-12 season record.
