The Leadore Mustangs tipped the host North Gem Cowboys basketball team by a score of 45-38 in Saturday's non-league contest.

The Mustangs now sport a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mackay for a 1A Rocky Mountain contest on Saturday, January 21.

The Cowboys (5-9) will now prepare for their contest against Sho-Ban (Fort Hall, ID). The Chiefs come into the non-league contest with a 3-8 record. In their last contest, Sho-Ban was nudged by Mackay (Mackay, ID), 53-38, in a non-league contest.
