Missouri High School Basketball - Lutheran South tipped by Lutheran North

The Lutheran North Crusaders basketball team scored 56 points and held the host Lutheran South Lancers to 55 in the Crusaders league triumph on Saturday.

The Crusaders now sport a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Granite City for a non-league contest on Monday, January 16. Lutheran North will meet a Warriors team coming off a 39-28 non-league win over Madison (Madison, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 10-8.

The Lancers (3-7) will now prepare for their contest against Affton (St. Louis, MO). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 7-7 record. In their last contest, Affton nudged Fox (Arnold, MO), 56-48, in a league contest.
