The Needham Rockets basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the host Newton North Tigers to 46 in the Rockets non-league victory on Saturday.

The Rockets now sport a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Natick for a Bay State - Herget contest on Friday, January 20.

The Tigers (8-2) will now prepare for their contest against Weymouth (South Weymouth, MA). The Wildcats come into the non-league contest with a 4-5 record.
