Tippecanoe Red Devils (Tipp City, OH) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Piqua Indians (Piqua, OH), 46-34 in a league bout.

With the victory, Tippecanoe upgrades its record to 10-1 on the campaign. The Red Devils host Stebbins (Riverside, OH) to play the Indians in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Indians come into the bout with a record of 2-7.

Next up, the Indians play the Milton-Union Bulldogs (West Milton, OH) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Piqua will attempt to upgrade on its 8-3 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 9-4 record after their 49-21 non-league win over Franklin Monroe (Pitsburg, OH).
