The Arcata Tigers basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the host St. Bernard's Crusaders to 30 in the Tigers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Tigers now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Del Norte for a contest on Wednesday, January 18. Arcata will battle a Warriors team coming off a 47-36 league loss to Fortuna (Fortuna, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 1-3.
The Crusaders (6-7) will now prepare for their contest against Fortuna (Fortuna, CA). The Huskies come into the non-league contest with a 10-0 record. In their last contest, Fortuna triumphed over Del Norte (Crescent City, CA), 47-36, in a league contest.
