California High School Basketball - Duarte can't hold off Azusa

The Azusa Aztecs basketball team scored 17 points and restricted the visiting Duarte Falcons to 12 in the Aztecs league victory on Saturday.
The Aztecs now sport a 4-22 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Nogales for a Montview contest on Tuesday, January 17. Azusa will battle a Nobles team coming off a 44-37 league loss to Sierra Vista (Baldwin Park, CA). The Nobles record now stands at 7-8.
The Falcons (6-11) will now prepare for their contest against Workman (City of Industry, CA). The Lobos come into the Montview contest with a 4-13 record. In their last contest, Workman edged Azusa (Azusa, CA), 34-29, in a league contest.
