California High School Basketball - Bishop Montgomery can't hold off Ontario Christian

January 14, 2023: Torrance, CA 90503

The Ontario Christian Knights basketball team scored 57 points and held the host Bishop Montgomery Knights to 55 in the Knights non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Knights now sport a 19-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Aquinas for a Ambassador contest on Tuesday, January 17. Ontario Christian will battle a Falcons team coming off a 59-28 non-league win over Capistrano Valley Christian (San Juan Capistrano, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 18-4.

The Knights (15-6) will now prepare for their contest against Serra (Gardena, CA). The Cavaliers enter the Del Rey contest with a 2-17 record. In their last contest, Serra was nudged by Mira Costa (Manhattan Beach, CA), 56-19, in a non-league contest.
