Bremen Blue Devils (Bremen, GA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Temple Tigers (Temple, GA), 52-48 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Bremen upgrades its record to 10-5 on the campaign. The Blue Devils host Coahulla Creek (Dalton, GA) to play the Colts in a AAA Region 6 bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Colts come into the bout with a record of 9-8. Coahulla Creek lost 43-31 in their recent non-league bout against Northwest Whitfield (Tunnel Hill, GA)

Next up, the Tigers play the Heard County Braves (Franklin, GA) in a A D1 Region 4 bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Temple will attempt to upgrade on its 10-7 season record. The Braves come into the bout with a 12-3 record after their 42-33 non-league win over Callaway (Hogansville, GA).
